When this service helps

Use a canvass when your assignment calls for identifying potential treatment locations for further review. The search is guided by the subject information, relevant area, and case objectives you provide.

Choose the facility scope

Our common canvass options cover 15, 20, or 30 facilities. Discuss the search area and facility types to select a scope that fits the assignment.

What you receive

Findings from the agreed facility inquiries, organized for client review. Identified leads may require additional verification or follow-up. A canvass does not supply medical records or establish a medical diagnosis.

Coordinate the next step

Provide the purpose of the inquiry and relevant subject details so the appropriate scope can be discussed before work begins. Additional services can be considered if the findings raise further case questions.

What to provide with your assignment

Subject identifying information, relevant treatment timeframe, known providers if available, search area, requested facility scope, and deadline.

Email instructions to Investigations@RadiancePI.com or use the online assignment form. We will discuss scope, location, timing, and any information needed to plan the work.
